Foundation leaking? Basement smells off? Halo Water Proofing sends a real technician to your Olivet property, gives you a straight answer, and fixes it right the first time.
Licensed & insured in MI · Written pricing
Halo Water Proofing is a MI-licensed Sump Pump Installation company that treats every Olivet job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Olivet technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Olivet crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Olivet calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
Odor is often the very first clue Olivet homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Olivet crews see.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Olivet foundation wall right now.
A Olivet sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
This is one sign we tell Olivet customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
No two Olivet basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
Storm season keeps our Olivet emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Olivet pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Olivet homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We handle below-grade waterproofing for Olivet property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
Every Olivet quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
Plenty of companies advertise Sump Pump Installation in Olivet — here's what actually separates the ones worth calling from the ones that aren't.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
If your Olivet basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Olivet claim.
Every Olivet job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
We back our Olivet work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
